This page uses one blended referral rate per marketplace. Real catalogs are not that tidy: referral rates vary by category (8% on electronics, 15% on most else, 17% on jewelry), FBA fulfillment depends on the size tier of each unit, and eBay Store subscribers pay a different percentage. The $9 done-for-you audit applies the right rate to each SKU, adds FBA fees by size, flags every underwater SKU, and gives you a repricing column for the margin you actually want — back as a clean CSV within 24 hours. No row limit. Refund if it is not useful.
Marketplace fees are charged on the full order total the buyer pays, which includes any shipping you charge. So the fee base is price + shipping_charged, not price alone. Net profit is then the order total, minus marketplace fees, minus your unit cost, minus what the shipping actually cost you and any fulfillment cost. Margin is that profit divided by the order total.
The break-even price column solves for the lowest price at which a SKU stops losing money at its current cost — it is found numerically, so it accounts for percentage fees moving with the price. Any SKU priced below its break-even is highlighted; those are the listings quietly costing you money on every order, and in a catalog of a few hundred SKUs there are almost always some.
Is my catalog data uploaded anywhere?
No. The whole calculation runs in JavaScript in your own browser. There is no server call, no account and no storage — close the tab and the data is gone. You can check by loading the page and then disconnecting from the internet; it still works.
What columns does the CSV need?
At minimum sku, price and cost. Optional columns: shipping_charged, shipping_cost and fulfillment_cost. Column order does not matter and the header row is matched case-insensitively.
How many SKUs can I paste?
Up to 2,000 rows at a time. Beyond that the browser table gets unwieldy — split the file or use the $9 done-for-you audit, which has no row limit.
What is the break-even price column?
The lowest price at which that SKU stops losing money once marketplace fees are taken out. If your current price is below it, every order at that price costs you money.
