Jobber pricing, explained with real math (2026)
Jobber has four plans — Core, Connect, Grow, and Plus — with a large gap between monthly and annual billing and a first-year discount that quietly steps up in year two. Here is what each plan actually costs and who each one is for.
All plans at a glance
| Plan | Annual billing | Month-to-month | Users | Headline additions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $24/mo first year, then $29/mo | $49/mo | 1 | Scheduling, quotes, invoicing, payments, reporting |
| Connect | $80/mo first year, then $99/mo | $139/mo | 1 included, +$29/mo each | Automated reminders, auto payment collection, QuickBooks sync, time tracking |
| Grow | from $120/mo | from $199/mo | 1–15 | Quotes with visuals/upsells, job costing, two-way SMS, workflow automations |
| Plus | from $320/mo | from $499/mo | 5–15 | Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist, pipeline, dedicated onboarding |
The three gotchas in the pricing
- The first-year discount. Core's advertised $24/mo (annual) steps up to $29/mo after 12 months. Budget year two at the higher number.
- Monthly billing costs roughly double. Core is $49/mo month-to-month vs $24/mo annual — a $300/yr difference on the smallest plan. If you're staying past the 14-day trial, annual billing is almost always right.
- Every plan below Plus includes exactly one user. Core, Connect and Grow all ship with a single login; Plus includes five. Additional seats are $29/mo each, on every plan. This is the number most comparisons get wrong, including an earlier version of this page — corrected 11 August 2026 against Jobber's own pricing page. A four-tech shop on Connect is $80 + 3 × $29 = $167/mo, not $80/mo. Run your own seat count through the true cost calculator before you compare vendors.
Real scenarios
| Business | Right plan | Year-one cost (annual billing) |
|---|---|---|
| Solo cleaner or lawn-care operator | Core | $288 |
| Plumbing shop, 4 techs, on QuickBooks | Connect + 3 seats | $2,004 ($80 + 3 × $29 per month) |
| HVAC company, 8 techs, sales-driven | Grow (10-user step) | ~$2,900–$5,000 depending on step pricing — quote it directly |
Add-ons worth knowing
Marketing Suite ($79/mo), AI Receptionist ($29/mo), and Pipeline ($49/mo) are bundled into Plus but available lower down. If you find yourself wanting two of the three on Grow, price out Plus — the bundle can be cheaper than stacking add-ons.
Bottom line
Jobber Core at $288 for year one is the cheapest credible entry point in field service software. The mid tiers are where you should compare hardest against Housecall Pro — see our full Jobber vs Housecall Pro comparison for the tier-by-tier math.
