The generator does it for you if you'd rather fill in a config.
Will this rank on its own? No template ranks on its own — the schema, speed and mobile call bar remove the technical reasons Google holds a site back. The launch checklist covers the rest, which is Google Business Profile, citations and reviews. That's the honest answer.
Can I use it for a trade that isn't in the six? Yes. build.py maps a trade to the correct schema.org type; adding a new one is a single line, and the README shows exactly which line.
