SPF lists the servers allowed to send as your domain. DKIM cryptographically signs each message so it survives being relayed. DMARC ties the two together and tells receivers what to do when a message fails — and since February 2024 Google and Yahoo require a DMARC record from anyone sending bulk mail. A domain with no DMARC is both easy to spoof and increasingly likely to land in spam.
